Hello all, just a little update on our sweet Lauren...She is now 2 1/2 years old (so hard to believe!) She is full of life and she brings so much joy into ours!!! Some of her favourite things are going for walks, going to the park, playing in her sandbox, colouring, tracing letters and cutting out her artwork. She just completed another session of gymnastics, which she was great at and absolutely loved! She will be a big sister soon and she is very excited about that!! We are going to update her website in the coming weeks to a site that both little ones can share. There will be a new website address when we get it completed, which we will be sure to send to all. We hope you've enjoyed all of Lauren's photos and updates over the past 30 months and we hope you will continue to check in on both little ones (once our new little bundle decides to arrive :)) Take care and we hope to see you all soon! xoxo

Well, it's so hard to believe Lauren is now just over 19 months old!!! We brought her to the doctor for her 18 month vaccinations & check up last month and the doc took her weight and measurements at 32.5 lbs and 35.4 inches in length. She informed us that Lauren is the size of an average 2 1/2 year old...so a whole year older in size!! Looks like she is going to be tall like her daddy.

Mommy & daddy went on a vacation recently --all by themselves. Lauren stayed here at home with her gram for the week. She did awesome!!! Gram kept her busy everyday and she made the best memories with her! Kevin and I were so grateful for gram and we were really able to relax and enjoy ourselves in LA...(but rest assured we were also very excited and happy to get home to our baby girl!)

Lauren is so playful and so happy --she makes us smile and laugh, and laugh some more everyday! It is quite difficult to describe in words what a blessing this little girl is in our lives, but hopefully you are enjoying the pictures and can get a small sense of just how blessed we are!

Well, we're not sure where the time is going...Lauren is now just over 14 months old. She is growing so fast and she is such a beautiful presence in our lives!!! She is extremely playful and starting to say lots of words (well, mommy & daddy understand her anyway)...i.e. mommy, daddy, book, milk, Elmo, cheese, peas, Annabel, Pepere, baby, bike, bath, and the list goes on. Some of her favourite things are: 'other children', playing hide & seek, taking a bath, playing with her blocks and her balls, her aquadoodle, she loves her books, and her favourite TV program is "4 Squares" on the Treehouse network.

Lauren went on her first plane ride earlier this month, when we went to Houston, Texas to visit our dear friends, Raquel, Gregory, Eddie, Joey and Isabelle George. Lauren was a super traveler and she had so much fun at the George's home --especially loved all her time with the children!!

Our wee baby girl now weighs 27 lbs and is 32 inches long, which puts her over the 95th percentile for weight and in the 90-95th percentile for length. She cut her first molar this week, which didn't even seem to phase her (hope they will all be that way!), so she now has a total of 9 teeth. She's always smiling and laughing, so we are taking good care of her little chiclets.

Lauren is now 8 months and 10 days old....sooo hard to believe! She is growing so fast! She now weighs 18 lbs and she is 29 inches long, which puts her in the 54th percentile for weight and still up in the 95th percentile for length. She cut a 3rd tooth last month on July 25th --on the top this time, and surprisingly it's not one of her 2 front teeth, it's actually one over to the left. It looks so cute up there --kind of like a lone tooth off to the side as if she's already missing her 2 front teeth (you may have to see her to know what I mean, but it's CUTE). As you will see on the videos, Lauren is getting closer every day to crawling. Mommy and daddy are certainly getting VERY BUSY as she gets more and more mobile. We hope you enjoy her pictures and we can't wait to see you all soon! xo

Lauren turns 7 months old today --on the 7th day of the 7th month of '07. We sure feel lucky to have her (everyday)!!!

She has 2 bottom teeth and still the most gorgeous smiles! She sits up on her own really well now. And she is rolling over in both directions; she can also push herself back and all around...mommy and daddy sure have to keep a close eye on our little traveler these days.

Lauren's 2nd tooth poked through last week on June 6th! She is really putting them to good use and enjoying all the new foods we are introducing to her. She had her 6 months needles today and was a real brave little soldier (gets that from her mom :) She now weighs almost 17lbs and she is 27.6 inches long! She sure is growing fast!!

Well, it's been an exciting day today --Lauren's first tooth poked through! (it's her bottom front right tooth (it's a very cute little tooth-bud!!!) We discovered it at Jenn & Trevor's house, when Lauren decided to give Jenn's finger a little nibble with her new tooth :) We thought it would be appropriate to give Lauren her first cereal today too. Needless to say, she quite enjoyed it! We'll update more again soon. xo

It's hard to believe Lauren will be turning 5 months old next week! Time sure is going fast. We are enjoying our baby girl sooo much!! She is making the cutest sounds and she gives us the most gorgeous smiles! As of last week on April 24th, Lauren weighed in at 15 lbs and 26.5 inches long.

Lauren was baptized yesterday, April 29th at St. Bernard's Church. The ceremony was beautiful (Lauren was beautiful) and we were so proud and moved as our precious daughter was welcomed into the Catholic Community. We felt extremely blessed to have so many of our loved ones with us on such a special day!

Today was mommy, daddy and Lauren day. We thought it was a good time to create this website for Lauren to share some of her most special moments with her family and friends. Lauren picked the colors :)

Lauren has been communicating with us more and more with the cutest smiles, coos and giggles. She has great hand-eye coordination and she is getting stronger every day. As of Feb 22nd, Lauren weighed in at about 12.5 lbs and she was already 25.5 inches in length (daddy thinks she's going to be quite a basketball player).
